What Does an Outdoor Cinema Actually Cost in Jamaica?
Most event companies in Jamaica won't tell you a price. You ask, and what you get back is a question about your budget.

Two line items, that's it
Every standard booking is built from exactly two things.
Cinema Setup Package, $30,000 flat. HD projector. Projection screen. Silent headphones for every guest. Battery powered site lighting. Full delivery, professional installation and pull down. A team lead and setup technician assigned to your night.
Same price whether you've got 10 guests or 40. It covers the equipment and the crew.
Cinema Experience, $3,000 per guest. Premium seat with cushion and blanket. Freshly made popcorn. Prop movie tickets. Movie night décor. Decorative flooring across the seating area, grass or rubber, your choice.

Minimum booking is 10 guests. Smaller parties get billed at the 10 guest rate.
The add ons
All optional. None of them are needed for a complete event.
Red carpet and velvet ropes, $10,000. Unlimited popcorn with a personal server, $15,000. Personalised décor, from $80,000. Extra popcorn machine time, $2,000 an hour. Extra event hours, $5,000 an hour. Multi level venue access, $15,000, and only where stairs are the only way in.
What's not included
Internet, a power point, and tables and chairs are on you. Dining gets arranged and quoted separately.
Deposits
A 10% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 24 hours before. Deposits aren't refundable, because holding your date means turning other bookings away and starting to mobilise.
Couples
Evenings for one or two people aren't priced from this list. We build those individually and quote on request, so just message us.
Why we won't discount you
You're not going to get a discount from us, and we'd rather explain that properly than just say no.
The price above is what it costs to deliver what we promise. The right crew, the right equipment, arriving two hours early, nothing cut. There's no padding in it to hand back.
If we took money off, something would have to come out of your night instead. A rushed setup. A less experienced technician. A corner cut somewhere you wouldn't notice until it mattered.
We don't ask our own suppliers and crew for discounts either. We pay them their number. We couldn't honestly do otherwise and still claim we don't devalue people's work.
If budget is tight, we'll change the scope instead of the rate. Fewer guests, fewer hours, fewer extras. You can buy less of Di Nex. You just can't buy a cheaper Di Nex.
